Investment Criteria

  • Size: $1 million to $50 million
  • Property Types: Retail, mixed use
  • Profile: Value-add or distressed with operational or redevelopment upside
  • Channels: Marketed and off-market deals, bankruptcy, note sales
  • Geography: Nationwide U.S., with emphasis on the best retail nodes within specific markets and/or high-income trade areas
  • Target Characteristics: Assets priced below replacement cost, with mark-to-market potential and a clear path to improved performance
